Transition Course for YEAR 6 ( in 2016)

The Transition course will assist Year 6 students to build foundation skills and settle into their
new academic environment as quickly and smoothly as possible when they get into year 7.

 Course Structure

Subjects Transition English – Reading, Writing, Viewing and Speaking Transition Mathematics
Teaching Method Lecture and discussion
Duration 2 hours each subject
Taught by Teachers
Format Use audio-visual equipment and resources to teach key concepts aligned with tutorials

Discussion time with students

These sessions are designed to help students assimilate content and develop understanding of key concepts
